At NORTHTAIL, we are committed to providing quality pet care products. This Returns & Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"). Nothing contained in this policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.

You found the product elsewhere at a lower price.
Any return accepted outside your legal rights is entirely at NORTHTAIL's sole discretion.
